Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take in the UAE?

Standard UAE orders are delivered within 1–2 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2 PM GST on business days are usually dispatched the same day from our Dubai warehouse.

What is the free shipping threshold?

Free standard delivery applies automatically once your order reaches the free-shipping threshold shown at checkout for your delivery region. Orders below the threshold carry a small flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Do you ship to other GCC countries?

Yes — we ship across the GCC including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman. International GCC orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. Rates are calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

How do I track my order?

Once dispatched you'll receive a tracking link by email and WhatsApp. You can also track any order from your account dashboard under “Orders.” Guest checkout? Use the link in your confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We can usually modify or cancel within 1 hour of placement, before packing begins. Contact us as soon as possible by WhatsApp or email support@vampireglow.com. After dispatch, you can return it under our 7-day returns policy.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day easy returns policy from delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

How do I initiate a return?

(1) Contact us within 7 days of delivery. (2) Share your order number and reason. (3) We'll arrange a free collection within the UAE. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

What if I received a wrong or damaged item?

We're sorry! Please photograph the item and packaging and send it to support@vampireglow.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund with no return required.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Time for funds to appear depends on your bank — typically 3–5 additional business days. BNPL installments are refunded per the provider's policy.

Products & Authenticity

How do I know your products are authentic?

Every product is sourced directly from Korean brands or their authorised distributors — never grey-market importers. Our team verifies batch codes and expiry dates on every delivery. We stake our reputation on every SKU.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes — we exclusively stock cruelty-free brands. K-beauty has led cruelty-free formulation for over a decade, and we won't stock any brand that tests on animals.

Are the products suitable for the UAE climate?

Our edit is curated for the Gulf climate — extreme UV, high humidity, and AC-driven dehydration. We test each product with this in mind, and our Glow Journal shares climate-specific routines.

What does the batch code on my product mean?

Batch codes trace each product to its production date and verify authenticity. You can check any code using tools like CheckFresh. If a code doesn't match, contact us and we'll replace your product.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major cards and digital wallets, plus Buy Now Pay Later via Tabby and Tamara (0% installments split into 4 payments). Available payment options are shown at checkout for your region.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — at checkout select Tabby or Tamara to split your order into 4 equal, interest-free payments. You pay the first at checkout and the rest are auto-charged every 2 weeks, subject to the provider's limits.

Are prices inclusive of VAT?

All prices shown are inclusive of applicable VAT. The breakdown appears on your order confirmation and receipt. For a VAT invoice, email us with your TRN and order number.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and never store card details on our servers — payments are handled by PCI-DSS certified processors. Wallet payments add a further layer of biometric authentication.
