5. Orders & Payment

When you place an order you make an offer to purchase, which we accept once we confirm and dispatch your order. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major cards and Buy Now, Pay Later options where available. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your full card details.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timeframes, fees and free-shipping thresholds are shown at checkout and on our FAQ page. Title and risk in the products pass to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy. In summary, unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless faulty or not as described.

Every product we sell is sourced directly from the brand or an authorised distributor and is 100% authentic. If you ever have concerns about a product’s authenticity, contact us and we will make it right.
