Overview
We want you to love your Vampire Glow order. If something isn’t right, our returns policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened skincare and cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
How to Start a Return
Starting a return is simple:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery via our Contact page or WhatsApp.
- Share your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll arrange a free collection from your address anywhere in the UAE.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. The time for funds to appear depends on your bank or card provider — usually a further 3–5 business days. Buy Now, Pay Later payments (Tabby / Tamara) are refunded according to the provider’s policy.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, we’re sorry — let’s fix it fast. Please photograph the item and its packaging and send it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund with no return required.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or unsealed: skincare, cosmetics, and personal-care products — unless they are faulty. Gift cards and clearance / final-sale items are also non-returnable.
Return Shipping
For eligible returns within the UAE, collection is free. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover all costs. For change-of-mind returns outside the UAE, return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
